This is another thing to print off but before you put it on the fridge or by the loo roll dispenser in the toilet, FILL IT IN. Test yourself. Test your children, your partner, your friends. Test anyone who shows interest. And take a cold hard look at the results. Look at where the holes are in your eating habits from a microbial perspective.
